You're solely responsible for any activity on your account. If you're sharing an account with other people, then the person whose financial information is on the account will ultimately be responsible for all activity(s). If you're registering as a business entity, you guarantee that you have the authority to agree to the Terms and Conditions on behalf of the business. Also, your accounts are not transferable. As we mentioned above, you're solely responsible for any activity on your account, so it's important to keep your account password secure at all times.
No person or business entity may register as a member of the Site more than once at a time.
This User Agreement does not create any agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, or franchisee relationship between you and Jachai.com Ltd.
Under this agreement at any time in our sole and absolute discretion, invalidate the username and/or password without giving any reason or prior notice and shall not be liable or responsible for any losses suffered by, caused by, arising out of, in connection with or because of such request or invalidation.
রিপ্লেসমেন্ট এবং বাতিলকরন পলিসি (Replacement and Cancelation Policy)
১) গ্রোসারী প্রোডাক্ট গ্রহনের সময় ডেলিভারী হিরোর নিকট হতে সম্পুর্ন প্রডাক্ট গুলি বুঝে নিতে হবে। বুঝে নেয়ার সময় যদি কোন প্রডাক্টের যুক্তিসংগত কারণ বা সমস্যা যেমন : প্রোডাক্ট ভাঙ্গা, ছেঁড়া, ভুল সাইজ, প্রোডাক্ট কাজ না করা, মেয়াদ উত্তীর্ন হওয়া ইত্যাদি) ক্ষেত্রে সাথে সাথেই জানাতে হবে সেক্ষেত্রে প্রোডাক্ট কিংবা সম্পুর্ন অর্ডারটি কোন প্রকার ডেলিভারী চার্জ ছাড়াই বাতিল করা যাবে। আর যদি প্রডাক্টটি রিপ্লেস করতে চাওয়া হয় তাহলে আমাদের ডেলিভারী যুক্তিসংগত কারণ উল্লেখপূর্বক হিরোকে সাথে সাথেই জানাতে হবে এবং তা সর্বোচ্চ ৪৮ ঘন্টার মধ্যে রিপ্লেসমেন্ট করা হবে।কোন ক্রমেই ডেলিভারী হিরোর নিকট হতে পন্য বুঝিয়ে পাওয়ার পর ডেলিভারী হিরো প্রস্থান করলে পরবর্তিতে অভিযোগ গ্রহনযোগ্য হবে না। মাছ-মাংস ইত্যাদি পচনশীল পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে কোনক্রমেই রিটার্ণ বা রিফান্ড গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না
২) ফ্যাশন প্রোডাক্ট গ্রহনের সময় ডেলিভারী হিরোর নিকট হতে সম্পুর্ন প্রডাক্ট গুলি বুঝিয়ে নিতে হবে বুঝিয়ে নেয়ার সময় যদি কোন প্রডাক্টের সমস্যা যেমন : প্রোডাক্ট ছেঁড়া, ভুল সাইজ, প্রোডাক্ট কাজ না করা এবং সম্পুর্ন ভুল রঙ ইত্যাদি) ক্ষেত্রে সাথে সাথেই জানাতে হবে সেক্ষেত্রে প্রোডাক্ট কিংবা সম্পুর্ন অর্ডারটি কোন প্রকার ডেলিভারী চার্জ ছাড়াই বাতিল করা যাবে। আর যদি প্রডাক্টটি রিপ্লেস করতে চাওয়া হয় তাহলে আমাদের ডেলিভারী হিরোকে সাথে সাথেই জানাতে হবে এবং তা সর্বোচ্চ ৪৮ ঘন্টার মধ্যে রিপ্লেসমেন্ট করা হবে।কোন ক্রমেই ডেলিভারী হিরোর নিকট হতে পন্য বুঝিয়ে পাওয়ার পর ডেলিভারী হিরো প্রস্থান করলে পরবর্তিতে অভিযোগ গ্রহনযোগ্য হবে না।
৩) অর্ডার কনফার্মেশনের পরেও অনিবার্য কারনবশত যেকোনো সময়ে যাচাই.কম আপনার অর্ডার বাতিল করার ক্ষমতা রাখে। এক্ষেত্রে অগ্রিম মুল্য প্রদান করা হলে রিফান্ডের প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য (বিকাশ নং/রকেট নং/কার্ড নং ও অন্যান্য) এবং প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারির জন্য ডেলিভারী হিরো দ্বারা কিংবা কুরিয়ার দেয়ার পর আপনি গ্রহণ না করলে কিংবা প্রডাক্ট সবোর্চ্চ ৭ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে না পেলে ১০ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে ইমেইল কিংবা ফোনে অবহিত না করলে আপনার অভিযোগ গৃহিত হবেনা।

পণ্য ও সার্ভিস সম্পর্কিত কোনো অভিযোগের জন্য আমাদের কমপ্লেইন্ট টীম আপনাকে ফোন করবেন। এ জন্য আপনার অভিযোগটি সমাধান না হওয়া পর্যন্ত আপনাকে আমরা ফোনে সক্রিয় পেতে চাই। আপনার যোগাযোগে দেওয়া নম্বরটি সক্রিয় না থাকলে বিকল্প কোনো নম্বর সক্রিয় থাকতে হবে।
আপনার বিষয়বস্তু :

Release of Jachai.com Ltd: You release Jachai.com Ltd from any claims, demands, and damages arising out of disputes with other users or sellers, or any third parties.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
For any dispute arising out of this Agreement, the User shall notify Jachai.com Ltd by sending a mail to the support team or sending a written notice to the registered office. Any dispute in connection with this Agreement shall be solved through friendly negotiation by both Parties within 30 days of the notification of such dispute or difference. In the event of failure to solve any such disputes within 30 days from the date of the notice, the matter shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Arbitration Act 2001 of Bangladesh. The Arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator and the place of arbitration shall be in Dhaka. The language of the arbitration proceedings shall generally be in English unless otherwise agreed by the parties. The decision of the Arbitration shall be final and binding on the parties hereto. Each Party shall bear its costs, and charges of such arbitration.
